American folk/alternative artist from Birmingham Alabama, Bondy gained acclaim from his first band Verbena. The band broke up in 2003, after which Bondy moved into his house in the Catskill mountains in Palenville upstate New York.Bondy's debut album American Hearts (2007) was produced in a barn near his upstate New York house.The second album When the Devil's Loose was released in September 2009, and has received positive reviews(wikipedia).
