Viva Voce is an American indie rock band from Portland, formed in 1998 by Kevin Robinson and Anita Robinson. Their music draws on several influences including psychedelic rock, classic rock, folk and R&B.Their first album Hooray for Now, released in 1998 was ill-fated. When Cadence became insolvent and was liquidated, the Robinsons took a hiatus, focusing on family matters, in 2003 released Lovers, Lead the Way! .
